If after filling out a quote form you decide to place the order, your company will be set up with a personal VIP Account. All further purchases within the given quarter will be tracked. If the sum of those purchases exceeds $10,000.00, then a company credit will be issued, at the end of the quarter. The credit may be used for future purchases from Royal Foam Inc. The credit amount will be 10% of the overall paid purchases for the quarter.

Rules Details
At all times during the giveaway, entrant must abide by the official rules and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Limited time offer. Entrants must be 18 years or older to win. The contest ends on January 1st 2012 at 10:00 a.m. and all entries must be received by that time for entry into the drawing. A random drawing will be held to select the winner on January 1st 201, 2011 at 12:00 p.m.. Odds of winning depend on number of total entries. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours and must respond within three (3) days to claim prize. Except where prohibited, Potential Winner may be required to sign and return to Royal Foam Inc. an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within three (3) days in order to claim his/her prize. If a Potential Winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, he/she will forfeit the prize.
