Since 1990 Royal Foam, LLC has been Jacksonville’s only premier custom fabricator of interior and exterior architecturally designed EPS foam composites. We are a locally owned manufacturer dedicated to accommodating the varying needs of a wide array of customers. Royal Foam is strategically located to serve the Southeast’s finest architects, designers and contractors as well as the retail consumer. The management at Royal Foam is dedicated to assuring that only the finest products meeting the highest standards for safety, quality, appearance and durability will be produced. We start the process by controlling the raw materials we use to meet our high standards as well as our customers specific demands. Royal Foam’s products are recognized by RADCO for quality under the listing #1294. The EPS products that we produce also meet the requirements and standards of ASTM C578.
